If everyone wants to stay together as a group for this event, it is very important that we all meet someplace before entering the Anoka County Airport.  If one says they will meet you at the airport, that will never happen with so many bikers.  Just a word of advice.  See you at either Perkins or Trappers.

Glenda and I will be at Perkins at 35E and Coundy Road E at 7:30AM for breakfast planning KSU at 9:00AM. We will roll by Trappers on the way to Anoka Airport. All are welcome to join us. If you think are going to join us at Perkins please let me know, I will try to have tables set up for us.

Ok here is the plan for the ride down to Hillsboro Friday, June 22nd. We will be meeting at the Point in Hastings at 9:30am with KSU at 10:00am. Chapter 292 will be meeting for Breakfast at Perkins but this will be a new Perkins because the one we always meet at is closed. We will meet at Perkins at 8:00am and leave for the Point at 9:00am. The address is 4917 Eden Ave, Edina, Hwy 100 and 50th street. From the Point we will be taking Hwy 52 south then 16 thru Houston to La Crosse, stoping for lunch then on to Hillsboro.

This ride will bring us to the Snake River Fur Post near Pine City, a fun and interesting historic site. Entrance fee is $10.00.

The plan is to meet at the Super America gas station in Ham Lake at the intersection of highway 65 and Constance Blvd. at 9:30. We ride a few backroads to visit the site then eat an All-American lunch at the A&W in Pine City.

I've not been to this area and would be interested in the future. I'm using my quota of vacation days dedicated to riding going to Utah this year. I hope you propose this ride again some time.
